TMS

Token Management System (TMS) significantly reduces the volume of SecurID®-related calls to the corporate help desk by empowering users to perform routine and emergency administration of their token without technician intervention.

PIN reset significantly increases the volume of calls to the corporate help desk. Some users often wait up to half an hour on hold each time they need to reset their PIN. With TMS, the entire enrollment process takes just four minutes, allowing users to reset their PIN at their convenience.

TMS authenticates users through voice verification technology. A speaker's voice, like a finger print, is unique and virtually fraud-proof. TMS works with all SecurID® tokens including standard cards, pinpad cards and fobs.
