SecurNT™
SecurNT™ lets your employees reset their own Windows NT, 2000, 2003 or Active Directory account password using a standard telephone, without live intervention from a help desk technician.
Callers are authenticated using a unique numeric userID and their biometric voice print. Once a user's credentials are verified, SecurNT™ provides a randomly generated one-time password in accordance with organizations' existing alpha-numeric policy.
